Let’s Move| Road To Fitness

I was just thinking it’s time to get out and do something. I’ve been feeling great lately I have to give all the credit to my choice of a life change. In beginning of 2017 I knew I wanted to really lose weight and just get healthier. Not just a diet because those are temporary, in order to maintain your weight loss it’s all about changes. You can eat anything you want in this world but the key is moderation. So instead of eating 3 slices of pizza just eat one slice. Small changes like this can make a big difference, exercise (3-5x’s times a week) is a must and also drinking 8 glasses of water a day is another important thing (great for your body and skin). Now for me there’s a cut off time for my last meal of the day I choose 6 or 8 O’ clock, gives my body enough time to break down my meals before bed. But if I do get hungry in the middle of the night I chose something light, healthier; yogurt, snack bar, carrots or fruit.
This journey never ends it always continues. REMEMBER that Lovebugs! The time is now for us all to get in shape and live a healthier life. I pray that my weight loss journey will inspire someone to take that first step.
Important things to remember
-Exercise (3-5x’s a week)
-8 glasses of water a day
-Cut-Off time for last meal
-Light and healthier snacks if you get hungry in the middle of the night
