When it comes to becoming a vegan the options can sometimes be limited at restaurants, but slowly the different chains are beginning to catch on to the trend of tasty vegan choices. Since I’ve begun my journey… AGAIN, I’ve been doing my research at different locations to see what they have to offer. So today, I want to share with you some vegan choices at Panera Bread that are delicious.
The Ten Vegetable Soup – Tomato, red and yellow peppers, onions, corn, carrots, Swiss chard, poblano peppers and garlic-seasoned vegetable stock with chickpeas, sprouted brown rice and red fife, black chia, spelt wheatberries and dried Aleppo. Topped with Lemon wheel. It’s served in a cup, bowl, or bread bowl, it’s your choice. I prefer the bread bowl.
The Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich – Zesty sweet Peppadew piquant peppers, EXCLUDED the Feta Cheese, cucumbers, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions and cilantro jalapeno hummus with salt and pepper on thin-sliced Tomato Basil. Available in half and whole.
The Green Passion Smoothie – Peach and mango purees and white grape and passionfruit concentrates blended with fresh spinach and ice.
